The Phuket Colouring book illustrated by Sophie Crichton was launched in 2012.
This excellent souvenir (THB149) has 22 island scenes to colour in, including Phuket town, Wat Chalong, Cape Promthep, and other local sights such as tourists riding an elephant, a street food stall and muay Thai match.
Illustrator Sophie Crichton came to Phuket in 2011, moving from the seaside town of Brighton, and was responsible for The Phuket News weekly kids illustration before working on this book.
The book is a charity venture, as part of the proceeds from every copy sold go to help underprivileged childrer supported by the Phuket Has Been Good To Us Foundation (www.phukethasbeengoodtous.org).
By buying your very own copy of the book you are supporting the Foundation, while colouring in the great illustrations will keep your children occupied for hours on end.
